Open shifts are offered, never forced — the answer to zero-hours staffing.
How it works
Contracted staff are auto-rostered within their availability. Anything left over is offered to zero-hours & bankcarers in suitability order — and only on the days and times they've told us they're available (unless they've opted in to short-notice cover). They accept or decline in their app. Managers are only pulled in if no one takes it.
